N.Peal offers a straightforward returns policy, allowing you to return or exchange your luxury cashmere garments within 28 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the items in their original N.Peal packaging and include the completed returns form found inside your original delivery box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
